Motorod - live fast | ride faster. Building motorcycles for the daring, Motorod specializes in custom cafe’ racers and bobbers. The identity system for Motorod had to be as sharp and fast as their reputation.
Fixed Bike Co. - Branding and identity meets pavement and ink. There are over a billion bicycles in the world, but Fixed speaks to a generation that deviates from the norm. No gears, no bright colors, no spandex shorts. Just a bunch of sophisticated hooligans getting from point A to point B in style.
Fuel Coffee Brand Standards - a 29 page manual outlining the visual and cultural identity of Fuel Coffee. No stone was left unturned in creating a brand as unique and driven as it’s clientele.
Ignite - a product conceptualized for the 21-30 year old demographic. Through a combination of market research and human observation, Ignite was designed with the active, health conscious consumer in mind. Ignite represents a generation that lives in the moment and demands more out of life, everywhere life takes place.
Fast. Forward. - A pitch created for Cincinnati Bell’s Fioptics relaunch campaign. My proposal was designed to update company image and appeal to a tech savvy crowd, while avoiding a complete deviation from the existing brand. Familiar brand colors accent the updated look, and new typography is applied to deliver vital information.
Neue Haas Grotesk - a digital studio 1 project. Helvetica is considered by many typographers to be the perfect typeface. It’s also loathed by many and seen as boring and over used. Regardless of which side you’re on, Helvetica revolutionized type and helped shape modern communication.
Visual Propaganda - a collection of posters and environmental displays designed to invoke a feeling and trigger a psychological response. It’s my belief that people are more likely to respond to a message if it’s presented in a way that’s visually appealing.
Get Out Cincinnati - a Design for Social Change project. Cincinnati is a city divided by highways and stereotypes. People often miss out on the exciting things Cincinnati has to offer because they are reluctant to explore unfamiliar areas. Get Out (or GO) Cincinnati is aims to unify Cincinnati by encouraging people to see what’s out there.
AyDee Clothing - designed for Original Thought Required in Over The Rhine. These single color screen prints were done using a variety of water based and reflective textile inks. Most of the designs in the line were inspired by Cincinnati’s urban culture and rich history. The rest were my way of having fun with ink and a squeegee.
